Sealed proposals are requested for the Emerson Fire Station Parking Lot Resurface project. The work involves furnishing and installing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to rehabilitate the existing parking lot by overlaying it and the drive aisle with 1.25 inches of 9.5mm Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and restriping to match the existing configuration. The project covers the front parking lot (approximately 5,300 sq ft), back parking lot (approximately 14,100 sq ft), and access aisle (approximately 8,200 sq ft).
