The Town of Brunswick is soliciting sealed proposals for the resurfacing of the Brunswick Recreation Center parking lots. The work includes furnishing and installing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to overlay the existing parking lots and drive aisles with 1.25 inches of 9.5mm Hot Mix Asphalt, performing localized repairs, and restriping to match existing configurations. The project covers approximately 100,000 square feet in the front parking lot and 30,000 square feet in the rear parking lot. One lot must remain open at all times, and each lot will be completed in one phase.
