Simon Fraser University is seeking qualifications for the design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of a custom prefabricated modular building structure. This temporary facility will serve as a laboratory research environment for marine animals during the renovation of the Shrum Biology building. The project is part of the enabling works phase for the major renovation and renewal of the existing building. This is a non-priced Request for Qualifications intended to identify potential proponents for the next phase of procurement. The contract is proposed to be a CCDC 17 with SFU's Supplementary Conditions.
