Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce is postponing the deadline for issuing the final determination in the less-than-fair-value investigation of chromium trioxide from the Republic of Türkiye until October 5, 2026. The provisional measures are extended from a four-month period to a period of not more than six months. This action follows a request from the sole mandatory respondent and is pursuant to relevant sections of the Tariff Act of 1930 and Commerce regulations.
