Description

The City of Rancho Palos Verdes is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the setup, implementation, and ongoing service of a modern, comprehensive, cloud-based Recreation Management Software platform. The scope includes assessment of city requirements, system configuration and customization, staff training, community outreach and education, platform launch, and ongoing support. The platform should be scalable, mobile-first, ADA compliant, and include features such as program and activity management, reporting and analytics, communication tools, and membership management. The contractor will also provide project management, quality control, and coordination with the City and stakeholders.
