The Town of Wells, Maine is soliciting sealed bids for the repair of the retaining wall at the Wells Transfer Station. The work includes removal and replacement of damaged portions of the existing retaining wall, removal and reinstallation of railings and safety gates, excavation, backfilling, pavement restoration, and site cleanup. An alternate bid option is available for constructing a new cast-in-place reinforced concrete retaining wall.
