Description
The City of Boulder City, Nevada, a municipal corporation located at 401 California Avenue, Boulder City, Nevada is seeking Proposals from highly qualified Respondents who are knowledgeable about and have the ability to plan, finance, develop, construct and operate a recreational vehicle, boat and trailer storage facility to lease property from the City for such purpose. The successful Respondent(s) will be an integral part of continuing the City’s efforts to provide additional storage facilities for local and regional owners of recreational vehicles and will be expected to conduct their activities in compliance with the highest standards. The City must comply with the Nevada Revised Statutes relating to the disposal of property, and the minimum acceptable lease rent is $0.615 per square foot or $26,846 per acre per year. Respondents must consider the value of the property as part of the project cost in evaluating the viability of their project.
