Description
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is submitting its information collection FERC-1005: Credit Related Information Sharing Between RTOs/ISOs to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. This collection involves credit-related information sharing to improve assessment of market participants' credit exposure and risks in organized wholesale electric markets. There are no proposed changes to the information sharing requirement, but a completed one-time information collection is being removed. Comments on the collection are due by July 16, 2026.
