This notice invites public comment on the extension, without change, of a currently approved information collection for maintaining the National Disqualified List of institutions, day care home providers, and individuals disqualified from participation in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). The list is used by State agencies and sponsoring organizations to ensure that disqualified entities do not participate in the program, thereby maintaining program integrity.
