The City of Irving Capital Improvements Department is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the Las Brisas Sewer Relocation project. The work includes furnishing all materials and labor to install 1,196 linear feet of 8-inch PVC wastewater main, thirteen 4-foot diameter concrete manholes with 60 feet of vertical extra depth, and 70 linear feet of 16-inch steel casing by methods other than open cut. The installation will occur in and around Clubhouse Place and Las Brisas Drive, as well as at the Belt Line Elevated Storage Tank located at 7600 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX.
