Southwest Wisconsin Technical College (SWTC) is soliciting proposals from qualified Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to deliver dedicated, enterprise-grade 1 Gigabit Internet service. The service must be fiber-based, symmetric 1 Gbps with support for enterprise routing and failover, delivered over a physically diverse fiber path from SWTC's existing primary connection. The objective is to eliminate dependency on a single network path and reduce institutional risk through carrier-independent internet connectivity. SWTC requires compatibility with WiscNet BGP and DNS services. An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on June 23, 2026.
