Southwest Wisconsin Technical College is seeking qualified vendors to provide a wide range of printing services to support the College's operational, academic, marketing, and student communication needs. The selected vendor(s) must demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality printed materials in a timely and cost-effective manner, meeting the service expectations and specifications outlined in the RFP. The contract term may be awarded for three years with options for additional one-year extensions up to a total of five years. An award does not guarantee work. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on June 23, 2026.
