Description

We are conducting market research to identify capable sources for a comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance program for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at the Maltz Special Warfare Aquatic Training Center, located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Lackland-Chapman Training Annex.

The primary objectives of this requirement are to:

Maintain optimal environmental and climate control conditions. Mitigate humidity-driven facility degradation and structural corrosion. Ensure regulatory-compliant Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) for all operational personnel.
