The Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) is seeking sole-source preventative maintenance and extended warranty services for Kaeser air compressor equipment. - Government Buyer: - Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) - OEM Highlight: - Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is the sole OEM and only certified provider for the required services - Products Requested: - Kaeser Air Compressor SM10 (8 units) - Kaeser Air Dryer KADE-90 (4 units) - Kaeser Evaporator KCF 50 (4 units) - All equipment identified by specific part numbers and serial numbers, located in multiple rooms - Services Requested: - Preventative maintenance and extended warranty services under Kaeser's ProTect program - Includes filter replacement, air/water separator filter maintenance, coalescing filter maintenance, and motor maintenance/replacement - Services are required to maintain warranty coverage and ensure proper operation - Unique Requirements: - Only Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is authorized to provide these services; no substitutes or equivalent providers are accepted - Maintenance must be performed according to OEM standards to preserve extended warranties - Period of Performance: - Base period of one year with four one-year option periods, totaling up to five years

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) sole-source contract for services related to Kaeser compressor maintenance located in Dalhgren, VA to Kaeser Compressors, Inc. (CAGE code: 0S8X8) using the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.

This notice is not a request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole-source must be received in writing and sent to ethan.t.othersen.civ@us.navy.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement. Challenges must include sufficient information to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent service exists which would meet the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
