The Town of Prosper is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the construction of Mahard Parkway Medians. The project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the construction. Proposals must be submitted online or in person by July 7, 2026, and must include a cashier's check or bid bond equal to 5% of the proposed maximum amount. The successful contractor will be required to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds, as well as evidence of insurance coverage.
