The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is seeking contractors for comprehensive maintenance and repair of its traffic management system. - Scope includes: - Inspections, planned maintenance, and emergency repairs for traffic signals, emergency/flasher signals, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), signs, and related equipment - Modifications, improvements, and enhancements to the system as directed by the District - Contractors must: - Provide adequately staffed crews, vehicles, equipment, and materials - Ensure all work, equipment, and materials meet or exceed Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), and District standards - The District may add or remove traffic management system sites from the contract over time - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - All products and services must comply with applicable federal, state, and local standards

Description

This solicitation is for providing inspections, planned maintenance, and emergency repairs for the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District's traffic management system. The contractor will also make modifications, improvements, and enhancements as directed by the owner. The work includes maintaining and repairing traffic signals, emergency/flasher signals, intelligent transportation systems, signs, and other traffic management equipment. All work must meet or exceed the standards of the Federal Highway Administration, Florida Department of Transportation, and the District. The contract may be adjusted over time to add or remove traffic management system sites.
