The Town of Ashland is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a hotel feasibility study on a selection of sites within the Town limits. The purpose of this request for proposal is to accelerate the recruitment of quality hotel investment in Ashland. The Town intends to award one contract under the competitive negotiation process for non-professional services in accordance with §2.2-4302.2 of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA).
