District Energy Corporation (DEC) is seeking bids for the installation of Multistack OEM reversing valve upgrade kits at the County Adult Detention Facility DEC Plant in Lincoln, Nebraska. - Government Buyer: - District Energy Corporation (DEC), Lancaster County, Lincoln, NE - OEM Highlight: - Multistack is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all upgrade kits and equipment - Products Requested: - 10 Multistack Side A reversing valve upgrade kits (part number VALVEKITMR70XA) - 10 Multistack Side B reversing valve upgrade kits (part number VALVEKITMR70XB) - Kits are for two Multistack MS70X6H1R0-R410A modular heat pump units - All kits are provided by the owner under a separate contract - Services Requested: - Installation of 20 Multistack OEM reversing valve upgrade kits - Nitrogen leak checks, repairs if needed, and charging with 20 lbs of R410a refrigerant - Coordination with Multistack OEM field service representative for unit teardown, reinstallation, and run checks - Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for installation - Unique Requirements: - All work must be coordinated with the owner and the Multistack OEM field service representative - Contractor must provide proof of insurance and a performance/payment bond from a Nebraska-licensed, B+ rated insurer/surety - Completion date must be stated in the bid; work to be performed Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

The District Energy Corporation (DEC) is requesting bids for the installation of a multistack upgrade reversing valve according to the specifications included in the bid. Bests, and furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a similarly rated surety.
