Description
The City of Georgetown is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified parties interested in leasing the Terminal, Fuel Self-Serve Island, and Aboveground Storage Tanks located at 500 Terminal Dr at the Georgetown Executive Airport at Johnny Gantt Field. The proposer must be a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) or demonstrate the ability to become a permitted FBO within 60 days from the proposal due date. The successful proposer may enter into a lease agreement. Proposals must be submitted electronically by July 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT, and the public opening will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
