Halifax Regional Municipality is seeking to pre-qualify suppliers for future Building Trade Services work. - Government Buyer: - Halifax Regional Municipality - Scope of Services: - Establishment of supplier rosters for six main building trade categories: - Carpentry - Electrical - Plumbing - Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) - Oil Burner Services - Natural Gas Burner Services - Additional work may include tile and marble, glass and glazing, plastering, drywall, insulation, painting, wallpapering, carpet/flooring, concrete, roofing, siding, and oil/gas operations - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, part numbers, or quantities are listed - Respondents may qualify for one or multiple categories - This is a qualification process for future work, not a direct purchase or contract award

This Request for Supplier Qualifications is an invitation by Halifax Regional Municipality to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Building Trade Services for the purpose of establishing rosters. There are 6 Roster Categories: Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning; Oil Burner Services and Natural Gas Burner Services. Respondents may submit a response to one or all Roster Categories.
