This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. In accordance with FAR 16.507-6(f)(1), the justification and approval for an exception to fair opportunity is being posted as a Special Notice for an Air to Air Refueling Task Order in support of the Contracted AAR Services.
