Description

This procurement is to operate the New York State Psychiatry Access Program, known as Project TEACH, to provide expert psychiatric training and consultative support to prescribers and other mental health clinicians who serve as front line support to communities. The program addresses untreated mental health conditions among children, youth, and birthing people, which are associated with significant morbidity, mortality, and long-term system costs. The contract term is 5 years, with one award of $5,000,000 allocated for each year from 2027 to 2031, contingent upon continued availability of State appropriations. All not-for-profit applicants must be prequalified by the due date and time of the RFP, and all applications must be submitted through the Statewide Financial System.
