Description

The Binghamton-Johnson City Sewage Board is requesting qualifications and proposals for professional technical services to analyze wastewater and wastewater residuals from various locations within the B-JC Joint Sewage Treatment Plant service area. The contract term is for 2 years with 2 additional 1-year renewals. The scope includes sampling and analytical testing services that the Board does not have the capabilities or capacity to perform, with services commencing on August 1, 2026, and concluding on July 31, 2028.
