Description
The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced General Contractors to provide all labor, materials, supervision, and construction services necessary to complete the main office interior remodel on the main floor of the historic Oquirrh School in downtown Salt Lake City. The remodel includes a new lobby, new offices, electrical work, new workstations, carpet, paint, lobby construction, and related interior improvements. Services include post-award preparations, permitting, demolition, hauling, new interior construction, painting, flooring, accessibility and code compliance, inspections, and competitive subcontractor procurement.
