Alton Mental Health Center is seeking a qualified vendor to provide combined IT security, server, and platform support services for both the Video Surveillance System (VSS) and the Electronic Access Control System (ACS) for a one-year term beginning 07/01/2026 and ending 06/30/2027. The scope includes operating system patching, cybersecurity hardening, endpoint protection, backup testing, user access management, and incident monitoring. The vendor is responsible for patching, cybersecurity, malware prevention, backup, access management, and incident response but excludes physical device maintenance, installation, or field programming. Systems covered include VMS, recording servers, security workstations, ACS servers, credential management, and supporting OS and virtual environments.
