The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends procure services involving subjecting the Hangar Divisional Door 75HP Controller to a series of environmental and electrical tests to ensure its durability, reliability, and  electromagnetic compatibility in a naval shipboard environment on a sole source to Dayton T Brown. 

The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302
