The U.S. Air Force Fire Department at Joint Base Langley-Eustis is seeking industry feedback and information for the procurement of a fully electric Mobile SCBA Air Resupply Trailer to support emergency firefighting operations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 633 CES/CEF, Joint Base Langley-Eustis - Products/Services Requested: - Mobile electric air resupply trailer (max 3,000 lbs, corrosion-resistant, commercial-grade brakes, spare tire, integrated scene lighting) - 15 HP electric motor-driven compressor (20 CFM at 5,750 PSI, Grade E breathing air) - Battery power system (minimum 4 hours runtime, dual-voltage charging) - Digital monitor (battery, air pressure, charging rates, service hours) - Dual containment fill station (simultaneous fill for two SCBA/SCUBA cylinders, integrated high-pressure air storage) - Two-day operations and maintenance training (to be completed within 60 days of delivery) - Notable Requirements: - Delivery required within 60 days of contract award - All technical specifications detailed in the Statement of Requirement - Industry is asked to comment on commercial standards and any potentially restrictive specifications - No specific OEMs, vendors, part numbers, or quantities (beyond one trailer and associated systems) are specified in the documents.

Description

JBLE Langley Fire Department requires a Mobile Electric Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Air Resupply Trailer. All product specifications can be found in section 3.0 of the attached Statement of Requirement (SOR).

Full vendor name, address, and CAGE Code. Industry feedback regarding the attached SOR. Submit questions or comments, particularly to identify applicable commercial standards or any specifications that could be restrictive. 

This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought.
