The 55th Contracting Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base is seeking information from vendors for a comprehensive telecommunication services requirement. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 55 Communications Squadron, 55th Contracting Squadron (55 CONS) - Products and Services Requested: - Local Telecommunication Services (LTS), Long Distance Telecommunication Services (LDTS), and International Telecommunication Services (ITS) - SIP trunks: 2 units supporting 200 concurrent calls each at two demarcation points (Buildings 310D and 1000) - 20,000 Direct Inward Dialing (DID) directory numbers - 50 public telephone directory listings - Installation, programming, and maintenance of transmission equipment - Outage management and restoration services with defined response times - Provision of detailed electronic customer service records (CSRs) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - 24/7/365 service availability with 99.9% uptime - Emergency Telecommunications Service (GETS) support - Qualified personnel for installation and maintenance - Cutover and service routing plans required within 10 working days post-award - Annual manpower and performance reporting - Preference for vendors with experience in State, Local, or Federal government buildings - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the opportunity. - Vendors must demonstrate technical capability and relevant past performance.

Description

The 55th Cintracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to acquire Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) and Long-Distance Telecommunication Services (LDTS). The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to gain a better understanding of the commercial telecommunication industry and to compile a list of potential interested vendors. This sources sought is for market research purposes only and no contract will result directly from this notice. The information gathered may be utilized for potential future contract actions. The total scope of the services required can be found in the attached Performance Work Statement.

Interested parties shall submit a response to this sources sought in the form of a Microsoft Word document or PDF document, no less than 1 page and no more than 5 pages in length. Submissions shall include:

Interest Interested parties shall submit a brief statement showing their interest in submitting a quote on a potential future contract of a similar nature and scope. Technical Capability Interested parties shall show their ability to perform a project of similar scope as to the one listed in Section 2. SCOPE Offeror may include comments or questions in their response that would be helpful in better understanding the proposed project scope Past Performance Interested parties shall submit 2-3 examples of past performance. These past performance examples shall be of a similar size, scope, and complexity. Experience in other State, Local, or Federal government buildings is preferred
