The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is seeking bids from qualified firms for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide employee assistance services for approximately 393 employees. The program covers part-time, full-time, contract, and severed employees (up to six months), as well as dependents and individuals residing in the employee's household. The services aim to assist employees in dealing with personal issues that might adversely impact their work performance, health, and well-being. The contract service period is from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027.
