This solicitation is a Request for Proposal for a combined Dam Safety Review, Risk Analysis, and Dam Breach Inundation Study for Beauvais Lake Dam. The objective is to assess downstream consequences, establish consequence classification, evaluate the safety performance of the dam and its structures, and determine a risk-informed level of effort for a Dam Safety Management Plan. The work is to be consistent with the Alberta Dam and Canal Safety Directive. The contract duration is estimated to be 8 months starting from July 20, 2026.
