Description
The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) intends to award a contract to support Indigenous offender reintegration through targeted interventions within the Indigenous Continuum of Care. The work includes improving CSC's ability to return Indigenous offenders to their home communities with Section 84 release plans, increasing capacity to engage Indigenous communities, and coordinating community resources. The contractor will provide community education, identify resources, establish engagement processes, assist in developing release plans, and prepare monthly reports.
