This solicitation is for a Standing Offer to provide maintenance and construction services for residential and commercially owned Department of National Defense (DND) infrastructure on an as and when required basis. The work includes all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision at locations including CFB Suffield, Village of Ralston, CFB Suffield utility & natural gas field locations, and Patterson Armories in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Two firms are anticipated to be issued the Standing Offer with a 60-40 split methodology. The Standing Offer period is for 2 years with 3 one-year option periods.
