FEMA's National Continuity Section is seeking the procurement and installation of trailer tires at its Thomasville, GA facility. - Government Buyer: - Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), National Continuity Section - OEMs and Vendors: - Goodyear (Goodyear Endurance tires) - Cooper (Cooper Severe Service LHT and LHT tires) - Advance (Advance GL All Steel tires) - Products/Services Requested: - Trailer tires in various sizes and models, including: - Goodyear Endurance ST225/75R15 (20 units total) - Goodyear Endurance ST255/80R16 (5 units) - Goodyear Endurance ST205/57R15 (15 units) - Goodyear Endurance ST205/75R15 (13 units) - Cooper Severe Service LHT 11R22.5 (9 units) - Cooper LHT 295/75R22.5 (8 units) - Cooper 295/75R22.5 (9 units) - Advance GL All Steel ST235/85R16 (5 units) - Labor and installation for all 79 tires at the supplier's facility - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All tires must be procured and installed within 90 days of contract award - Vendors are encouraged to provide a GSA contract number if available - Installation must be completed at the specified FEMA facility in Thomasville, GA - Vendors must justify if the 90-day timeline cannot be met

Description

This requirement will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable and is for the procurement and replacement of trailer tires. Please provide a price quote for the details shown in the attached statement of work to include installation. Please also provide a GSA contract number if you have one. The tires must be procured and installed 90 days from date of award of contract. If you cannot meet this timeline, provide a justification.
