This Call for Solutions (CFS) is issued under the Army Open Solicitation (AOS) W9128Z‑25‑S‑A002. The U.S. Army, on behalf of Program Manager Logistics-Finance (PM LOG‑FIN), is seeking innovative commercial Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) and software modernization solutions to support Ammunition, Logistics, Finance, and Personnel enterprise transformation efforts.
The objective of this CFS is to identify commercial solutions that deliver modernized transactional and non‑transactional capabilities aligned with Army LCNC Development Guidance and the Army Unified Data Reference Architecture (UDRA), and hosted within or interoperable with the cArmy 2.0 cloud environment. Approved development platforms include Appian, Army Vantage, Palantir, PowerApps, Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow.
