This opportunity is for comprehensive occupational health services for approximately 9,000 local national employees at multiple U.S. Army locations in Germany. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Medical Command, Medical Readiness Contracting Office West (W40M MRC0 WEST) - U.S. Army Europe (USAREUR), Public Health Command-Europe (PHC-E) - Scope of Services: - Preventive and special occupational medical examinations and evaluations - Fitness for duty/work exams, worksite visits, counseling, and consultation - Immunizations and laboratory testing (e.g., for heavy metals, infectious diseases) - Bilingual communication (German and English), appointment management, and statutory reporting - Support for workplace re-integration and quarterly business review meetings - Products/Services Requested: - Extensive list of occupational health exams (e.g., for noise, dust, chemical exposures, skin disorders, respiratory protection, driving, vibration, infection risk) - Immunizations (Hepatitis A/B, MMR, Rabies, Tdap, Tetanus, Tick borne encephalitis, Varicella, etc.) and antibody titers - Specialized tests (pulmonary function, color vision, x-ray, heavy metal testing) - Medical referrals to specialists as needed - Quantities: - Exam and immunization quantities range from a handful (e.g., 5-10 for rare exposures) to several thousand (e.g., 4,140 for driving-related exams, 2,345 for skin disorders, 3,890 for noise exposure) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide licensed medical personnel specialized in Occupational Medicine - Facilities must meet German legal and hygienic standards - All services must comply with German law and U.S. Army requirements - Bilingual service delivery and reporting - Quality assurance and appointment management are contractually required - OEMs/Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are named; services are the primary focus

Public Health Command-Europe (PHC-E) and Occupational Health for German National Employees at Kaiserslautern Military Community, Sembach Germany, have a requirement for Local National Occupational Health Services. The contractor shall provide comprehensive occupational health services for approximately 9,000 local national employees, distributed across approximately 15 locations in Germany., as required by this Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Includes associated Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) and in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract.
