The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The period of investigation is April 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination. The investigation covers van-type trailers and various subassemblies, including frames, walls, doors, coupler assemblies, running gear, and landing gear, whether finished or unfinished, assembled or unassembled.
