Description
This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of pydiflumetofen in or on the food and feed commodities of sugarcane, cane. Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC submitted a petition to the EPA requesting the establishment of a maximum permissible level for residues of this pesticide in or on the identified commodities. The EPA has determined that the tolerance is safe under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA). The regulation is effective June 15, 2026, with objections and requests for hearings due by August 14, 2026.
