Description

The Southeast Regional Service Commission (SERSC) is seeking proposals from experienced consulting firms or specialists to develop a Holistic Place-Based Regional Immigration Strategy for Southeast New Brunswick for the period 2027-2032. The strategy aims to create a coordinated regional framework to strengthen immigration attraction, integration, retention, and long-term regional growth. The project requires expertise in strategic planning, regional development, immigration ecosystems, stakeholder engagement, and bilingual service delivery. The final strategy will support alignment among municipalities, organizations, employers, educational institutions, Indigenous partners, and government stakeholders within a shared regional framework.
