Description

This solicitation is for the inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems at Lakeland College. The work includes regulatory mandated periodic testing and inspection of fire alarm systems, sprinklers, backflow assemblies, and fire hydrants. The contractor must be capable of troubleshooting and reprogramming Notifier Fire Systems and have access to Notifier Tech Support. The scope excludes maintenance, testing, and inspection of fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems, which are handled by others. The contract covers labor and materials necessary to perform the work from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029.
