The City of Temple, Texas is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide independent third-party construction materials testing and related inspection services on an as-needed basis for City infrastructure and building projects. Services may include testing and inspection associated with roadway construction, water and wastewater utility installation, site development, and vertical construction. The City may award multiple contracts for civil/infrastructure projects and vertical construction projects. Selected firms will provide services on an on-call basis and must meet the City's scheduling, reporting, and mobilization expectations. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work under the resulting contract.
