Description

The City of Livermore is seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive Active Transportation Plan (ATP) that updates and replaces the City’s 2018 Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Trails Active Transportation Plan and incorporates the 2024 Interim Update. The ATP will establish a citywide vision, goals, policies, project list, prioritization framework, implementation strategy, planning-level cost estimates, and grant-ready documentation for walking, bicycling, trails, micromobility, and related active transportation connections. The consultant will coordinate with the City’s GIS Program Manager and provide GIS deliverables in City-approved formats. The project is funded by the 2024 SS4A Grant and Measure B/BB from Alameda County Transportation Commission.
