The contract covers assorted parks and green spaces, swimming pools, and facilities for the 2026 season. Bidders must propose a lawn maintenance program with specific details on fertilization, weed control, aeration, and seeding. The City intends to hire the lowest and best bidder and reserves the right to not award all sections if deemed in its interest.
