The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a vendor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and expertise required to perform lawn care maintenance services including fertilization, weed control, aeration and seeding in Parks and various City-owned properties. The contract covers assorted parks and green spaces, swimming pools, and facilities for the 2026 season. Bidders must propose a lawn maintenance program with specific details on fertilization, weed control, aeration, and seeding. The City intends to hire the lowest and best bidder and reserves the right to not award all sections if deemed in its interest.
