The City of Upper Arlington Parks & Recreation Department is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive sound and stage production services for the 2026 UA Performance Series at multiple event locations in Upper Arlington, Ohio. - Government Buyer: - City of Upper Arlington Parks & Recreation Department - Purchasing Administrator: Valerie Piccininni, Finance Department - Products & Services Requested: - Sound and stage production for four scheduled events and additional as-needed events - Equipment required includes: - 20x24 covered portable stage (or larger) with steps and skirting (suitable for grass and pavement) - Band monitors and mixers with power amps - Sound board with effects - Front-of-house speaker system with subwoofers and power amps - Microphones and stands for entire band - Generator to power all equipment - Labor required: - Audio technician for each event - Stagehand for each event - Setup and teardown of all equipment and stage - Notable Requirements: - Contractor must have at least five years of relevant experience in the Columbus region - Must provide references, proof of liability insurance, and workers compensation - Stage cover not required for Labor Day Arts Festival; no stage/generator needed for Jazz at the Barn - Flexible cancellation terms: no payment if canceled 48+ hours prior, 50% payment for rain cancellations 24–48 hours prior - Compliance with indemnification, insurance, and cyber protection contract terms - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; vendors are expected to supply all necessary equipment and labor - Services are required for both scheduled and additional events, with pricing for 2/3/4-hour as-needed events

The City of Upper Arlington is seeking proposals to provide sound and stage production services for the City's 2026 UA Performance Series.
