The U.S. Embassy Beirut, under the U.S. Department of State, is seeking a contractor to deliver language training services for adult American students. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Beirut, Contracting Office - Services Requested: - French, Modern Standard Arabic, and Lebanese Arabic language instruction - Estimated 1000 hours of instruction per year - Group classes (up to four students per session), one hour per session, scheduled Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. - Instructional materials and DBA insurance to be provided by the contractor - Classes conducted at Embassy premises - Curriculum tailored to individual student levels and goals - Quality assurance, student progress reporting, and extracurricular activities required - Contract Structure: - One base year plus four option years (total up to five years) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to all responsible contractors - Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable and responsible offeror - No products or equipment are requested; only language instruction services - Notable Requirements: - Qualified instructors - Instructional materials - Progress monitoring and reporting - Extracurricular activities - DBA insurance coverage

Description

The U.S. Embassy Beirut, Lebanon has a requirement for a contractor to provide French, Modern Standard Arabic, and Lebanese Arabic language instruction to adult American students, specific to the level and goals of the student.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
