The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho State Office is seeking qualified sources to provide advanced Digital Inventory Services for Abandoned Mine Land (AML) across approximately 12 million acres in Idaho. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Idaho State Office - Hazardous Materials Management Program Lead - Scope of Services: - Digital inventory of 14,000-15,000 AML features using advanced technologies - LiDAR, multispectral and hyperspectral data, machine learning - Deliverables include: - AMSCM-compatible standardized dataset - Risk analysis and ranking of AML features - Fieldwork plans and optional ground-truthing/higher resolution data acquisition - Products/Services Requested: - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers mentioned - Main service: Digital AML inventory, spatial documentation, validation, and risk ranking - Unique Requirements: - Capability to deploy advanced geospatial and remote sensing technologies - Ability to deliver standardized datasets compatible with AMSCM - Support for safety hazard mitigation and data modernization - Submission of capability statement, Cage Code, UEI number, and small business/socioeconomic status - Period of Performance: - Contract runs through April 3, 2028, covering multiple phases including planning, inventory, analysis, and optional fieldwork

The Bureau of Land Management, Idaho State Office, is seeking qualified sources capable of providing the following: Digital Inventory Services for Abandoned Mine Land (~12M acres) in Idaho. See attached work statement for specifics. Future contract will likely NOT include optional tasks.Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management and capable of receiving government contracts and providing the required work.
