This opportunity seeks preventative maintenance and repair services for the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS V) at Tobyhanna Army Depot. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Tobyhanna Army Depot, Planning Branch - OEMs and Vendors: - DAQ Electronics LLC (manufacturer of StarWatch SMS and related ICIDS components) - Products/Services Requested: - Quarterly preventative maintenance for ICIDS V across 65 zones - Includes inspections, battery tests, operational tests, adjustments, alignments, programming, replacement of worn parts, and software upgrades - Unscheduled repairs as needed by ICIDS/DAQ SMS certified technicians - Up to four critical emergency repairs per year for essential security equipment (e.g., ICIDS Server, Master Control Unit, Operator Workstation, UPS) - All services require ICIDS/DAQ SMS certified technicians - Deliverables include quality control plans, work plans, training certifications, and maintenance reports - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Technicians must be certified for ICIDS/DAQ SMS - Response time for critical emergency repairs: within 8 hours, with restoration within 8 hours if parts are available - Annual service contract reporting and training certification requirements - System components include DAQ Electronics LLC StarWatch SMS, Remote Area Data Controllers, sensors, annunciators, batteries, and related equipment
