Description

The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a vendor to provide Design Professional Services for the Lane Avenue Improvement Study & Design project. Services include design for the mill and overlay of West Lane Avenue between Riverside Drive (excluding intersection) and Tremont Road and the reconstruction of West Lane Avenue between Tremont Road (including intersection) and Northwest Boulevard (excluding intersection). Submittals must include design drawings with a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan, a construction cost estimate, and any other necessary pre-construction items required by the City to solicit this work for construction. The project schedule anticipates construction solicitation readiness by March 2027, with construction planned for summer 2027 following Columbia Gas pipeline installation.
