Description
The City of Upper Arlington is seeking proposals for Stormwater Master Plan services to develop a strategy and schedule of implementation to address stormwater collection and conveyance issues throughout the city. The plan will identify issues within the stormwater system and prioritize them for inclusion in the City's Capital Improvement Program. The scope may include additional tasks such as updating the stormwater utility fee and preliminary engineering for identified projects.
