Description

The City of Avondale is seeking professional commercial printing and mailing services to support, market, and promote the City's operations, activities, and programs. The services may include design and layout, printing, and/or mailing as directed by City staff. This is an indefinite quantity and indefinite delivery agreement, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum amount of services. The contract term is effective until October 31, 2025, with up to four successive one-year renewal terms possible.
