Description

The New York State Unified Court System (UCS) is soliciting sealed proposals for a comprehensive item banking software solution to support the full lifecycle of examination development. The system must be cloud-hosted, secure, scalable, and support collaboration, workflow, version control, reporting, and administrative functions with role-based access controls. The vendor will provide implementation, configuration, training, support, and maintenance for a term of five years starting October 1, 2026. Minimum qualifications include at least 3 years of experience in item banking or assessment management systems and completion of at least 2 similar implementations.
